Everything you need is provided, please just bring your usual changing bag items, a blanket/towel and your little one may need a feed after the class.
As this block is running into December we will take time to make a keepsake Christmas craft and have festive Christmas photo opportunities!
The class is one hour in total and this includes the massage class and time for refreshments and a chat.
