Welcome to North Berwick Baby Massage, where we offer a calm and supportive environment for you and your baby.
I am passionate about delivering baby classes that are warm and welcoming, while always meeting the little ones needs.
I offer a variety of different classes located in beautiful East Lothian.
Baby Massage Classes
Baby massage is a lovely first class for you to attend with your new baby, they are gentle, relaxed and I always like to nurture new parents while you nurture your baby!
The classes are a nice way for you to connect with other families and chat with a cup of tea at the end of the class!
Each week we will learn to massage a different area of your baby and build it up as the weeks progress, we talk about the benefits and how the massage can help your baby. The classes provide a special bonding experience for you both.
These classes are suitable from around 6 weeks, up until they are crawling.
Classes are currently taking place at North Berwick and East Linton.
Child Massage
This class includes story massage and is suitable for children that are crawling up to 2 years of age. They are ideal for those that enjoyed baby massage and are looking to continue with a regular class.
Classes are taking place once a month at Whitekirk Hill.
Wee Ones - Nature Inspired Baby Sensory
This is our nature inspired sensory class, these relaxed sessions allow the children to explore the natural resources and loose parts available to them. To end each session we enjoy a story time together, along with nursery rhymes and a calming mini massage.
These classes are suitable from approx 6 months until 2 years of age.
Classes are being held in North Berwick.
Special Seasonal Classes
These are fun seasonal classes for you and baby! We enjoy baby massage or sensory play with seasonal songs and ryhmes, crafts, and seasonal refreshments.
Seasonal classes so far have included Christmas , Mother's Day, Easter, Ice bath experience, Calendula massage oil workshop and baby massage in a flower field! There are more exciting experiences to come!
Private Classes
This could be a lovely option if you have friends or family that have had little ones at the same time and you would like a bonding class to enjoy together in the comfort of your home, or maybe you want an evening class so your partner or older siblings can be involved, perhaps you would you like baby massage to be tailed to help in a particular area such as colic or constipation. Whatever the reason please get in touch and we can work out a bespoke package to suit you and your family
Gift Certificates
A gift certificate for a class or block can make a special and thoughtful gift for a new baby, baby shower, christening or first Christmas. We can work out a bespoke gift to suit you.
